Raised At Full Draw, a leading organization dedicated to promoting bowhunting and archery, is thrilled to announce the appointment of Gregg Kurzynski as the Wisconsin R3 Program Coordinator.  This new Recruitment, Retention, and Reactivation (R3) position is first of its kind for Raised At Full Draw (RAFD). This strategic move is part of an ongoing collaboration with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) to enhance participation in outdoor activities across the state.

In conjunction with four dynamic partnerships, including Pheasants Forever, National Deer Association, and Pass it On – Outdoor Mentors, these joint efforts will introduce new, jointly funded positions. These positions are specifically tailored to provide comprehensive support for programming and events throughout Wisconsin, with a primary focus on promoting hunting, trapping, and shooting sports.

The R3 initiatives aim to teach individuals how to initiate their journey into these activities, offer unwavering support for those already involved, and rekindle the passion of individuals with prior experience who may not be currently active.

Gregg Kurzynski, with his wealth of experience and expertise, assumes the crucial role of Wisconsin R3 Program Coordinator. His responsibilities include spearheading archery initiatives in collaboration with the Wisconsin DNR, implementing archery programming and events, and fostering a community that encourages and supports individuals.
