CHERIE COLEMAN

Cherie was introduced to RAFD in March of 2021 when her husband, Mark, went to Spring Thunder in Winterset, IA. His excitement was contagious, and he invited her to check it out in August 2021 at the RAFD event Antlers in August.  With one trip, Cherie was so excited to help more kids be able to go to camp. She would love to have a camp in Indiana one day, where Cherie and Mark reside.

Cherie has been a supportive wife of Mark, who is an amazing hunter and fisherman. She loves to fix venison for her family. She is planning on attending the Women’s camp in June 2022 to learn more about hunting and it looks like her first hunt may be in her future.

Cherie has been married to her husband, Mark, for 28 years and they have a daughter, Hope, that graduated from the University of Indianapolis in May 2021. They live in Crawfordsville, Indiana and are empty nesters with their Yorkipoo, Emily.

Cherie is a Customer Service Team Lead at Lakeside Book Company working with Publishers to print books. She is organized and loves to help others be successful. She has been working with her peers to develop a training program for the new employees in Customer Service. Over the years, she has held many leadership roles within her church. 

She enjoys reading and traveling. She has made so many new friends at her online book club and Bible study group. She loves sitting around a fire sharing stories with a good cup of coffee.
